The villa comprises of 3 en suite bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an open plan dining/kitchen area all with spectacular views.
The external dining and seating area opens
out from the lounge and is equipped with
a barbeque. The villa is also equipped with
internet access, tv, dvd, dab radio and a
fully fitted kitchen.
The stunning views from all aspects of this villa are magical.
There are 3 large terrace areas, 1 on the upper
deck leading off the 2 bedrooms, 1 on the
middle area leading off the lounge and master
bedroom and a 3rd terrace and sun deck by
the pool. The villa has a private swimming pool
and external shower. Sun loungers are situated
around the pool, whilst the dining and seating
area is very tastefully furnished.
The Coves de Arta
The Coves de Arta are within close proximity, as is Capdepera a delightful hilltop town, both of which have
weekly markets. There are a number of
outstanding restaurants, all within a short drive.
There are many great walks and outstanding areas of great scenery all close by. Cala Ratjada is also a 10 minute drive away, this local fishing port has a lively nighttime atmosphere with its many restaurants, bars and clubs.
